On the invitations should honor be spelled honor or honour?

I am getting things ready to get my wedding invites. It is a semi-formal non-denominational wedding. On the invitations should honor be spelled honor or honour? The bridal websites have it worded honour but, it just doesn't seem right. What do you think?

Canada also spells it honour/colour/behaviour etc. Likely due to the whole link to Britain thing.
