Can working with a Broken Lcd screen mess up your computer?
My screen is busted it has a long black streak of what looks like ink. I have it hooked up externally on another monitor..now I want to ask is working with my laptop dangerous, will this black stuff seep into my laptop and mess it up? I don't want to have to buy another laptop. D: Thanks.

The LCD display is not going to "leak" all over the computer, if that's what you are worried about.
Theoretically, certain issues with the display could conceivably damage the system board or the video chipset in the laptop.
If you post the model, I can tell you what a new display costs. If it's new enough, it may even be under warranty.
EDIT: $100 for a replacement display on ebay and a few other places. Shouldn't be too difficult to find someone who will install it for $40 or so. It is unlikely that your system will be damaged by using it with the defective display, but I have seen occasional issues with seemingly innocent hardware. I saw a bad keyboard post short out a laptop a few weeks ago. With the sort of damage you may have done to the panel, there's no telling what else may have been damaged. If it is only the LCD, you shouldn't have too much to worry about.
